Sale - Joseph Braud to Simon Broussard

A tract belonging to me situated in this District on the left bank of the 
Mississippi river, bounded on the upper part by land of my ownership and below 
by those of the decd. Carlos Braud, my brother, composed of four arpents of 
front with the ordinary depth of forth, which belong to me for having been 
purchased with four arpents besides of Dn Joseph Bernard, Testamentary 
Executor of the decd. Dn Nicolas Trist, on the date of the twentieth of 
September of one thousand seven hundred eighty-five, who had purchased the 
whole of my decd. uncle, Joseph Braud, who was found to be owner of the said 
land according to the figurative plan and title of concession dated the third 
of January of one thousand seven hundred seventy-six, which I deliver to him. 
And I sell said land of four arpents of front in the same condition in which 
it is found, free of encumbrances and mortgages.
