Sale - Felix Braud to Pedro Flores

A tract with all its dependencies belonging to me situated in said District on 
the right bank of the Bayou called of (the fork) Plaquemine, composed of four 
arpents of front with the depth of forty, bounded on the upper part by lands 
of my ownership and below by those of the Chitimachas Indians, the same with 
six arpents more which was possessed and purchased of the said Indians by deed 
executed before the present Commandant, Dn Franco Rivas on the eighteenth of 
June of the present year of one thousand eight hundred and two.
