Sale - Miguel Braud to Jaime McAlpin

A plantation with all its dependencies belonging to me situated in said 
District on the left bank of the Mississippi river, composed of five arpents, 
more or less, of front with the ordinary depth of forty, bounded on the upper 
part by lands of Carlos Landry and below by those of my ownership, the same 
which was possessed by inheritance from my decd. father, Juan Carlos Braud.
