Sale - Miguel Braud to Jaime McAlpin

A plantation with all its dependencies belonging to me, with the exception of 
the cypress trees which are held in order to construct a house which I reserve 
for delivery whenever convenient, as exactly to persist on the said plantation 
on the same terms that I am with my family residing on same without 
inconveniencing me in any manner until the end of the present year; situated 
in said District on the left bank of the Mississippi river, composed of six 
arpents of front with depth of forty, bounded on the upper part by lands of 
the purchaser and below by those of Joseph Braud, the same which was acquired 
at the public sale of the property of the decd. Joseph Richard on the twenty-
sixth of April of the year one thousand seven hundred ninety-four.
