Sale - Joseph Braud to Santiago Teysset

A tract of my ownership, sitauted in said District on the left bank of the 
Mississippi river, composed of five arpents and some toises of front with the 
ordinary depth of forty, bounded on the upper part by lands of Miguel Braud 
and below by those of Joseph Henderson, the same which was possessed and 
purchased of Juan Landry by deed executed before the present Commandant, Dn 
Franco Rivas, on the eighteenth of August of the year of one thousand eight 
hudnred and one, and according to the figuartive plan and title of conccession 
which I promise to deliver to the purchaser.
