Sale - Pierre Braud and Mrs. Margerite Derdene, his wife to Alexandre Derdene

About one year ago a tract of three arpents of front on the Mississippi river 
on the ordinary depth of forty arpents, situated between Atanaze Derdene and 
the said Pierre Braud on the right bank of the river on descending, * * The 
said parties have agreed that if the said Mr. Alexandre Derdene comes to die 
before being married, that the said Mr. Braud will have the right of 
preference of the said land, on paying purchase price.
