Agreement - Sale 
John Lewis Buch to James Leblanc

A certain tract of land of four acres fronting the Mississippi river, and 
eighty acres in depth, adjoining Mr. Mitchel Lambermont on the upper side, and 
Joseph Marie Landry on the lower side.


James Leblanc agrees that Mitchel Lamberman shall drain his land through the 
tract of land which Leblanc purchased this day of J. L. Buch by a ditch 
sufficient to keep lands dry.
