Sale - Jean Louis Buche to Jacque Leblanc

A plantation of his ownership, with all its belongings and dependencies, 
without any reserves, and restrictions thereon; which is situated in this 
County, on the right bank of the Mississippi river, bounded above by the lands 
of Michel Lambremont and below by those of the late Joseph Marie Landry, 
composed of four arpents of land of front on the said river with the depth of 
eighty arpents, the same which belongs to the vendor for having been 
retroceded to him by Michel Lambremont the 11th of April 1804 by act passed 
before Mr. Francois Rivas, then Commandant of the District of Iberville, 
deposited in the archives of this County.
