Sale - William Canningham to Jean Baptiste Hebert, called Francois

A plantation situated in this County on the right bank and forming front on 
the Mississippi river, bounded above by the properties of Andre Martin and 
below by those of Joseph Babin, composed of four arpents of front on the 
ordinary depth of forty arpents; the buildings, enclosures and other things 
which might depend thereon, in a word, such as it comprises and contains 
actually such as the purchaser can see and examine it, without any reserves or 
restrictions whatsoever; the same which he had acquired at the sale of the 
property of the late Francois Ebert, made by me, the twenty-first of April one 
thousand eight hundred six.
