Sale - Bernardo Capdevielle to Edmon Capdvielle, his son    Donation -
A tract belonging to me situated in the same District on the right bank of the 
Mississippi river, bounded on the upper by the lands of Jeanvier Longuepe and 
below by those of the grantor (Bernardo Capdevielle), composed of three 
arpents of front with the ordinary depth of forty, with the fences which are 
found on this land, which was possessed and purchased with the remainder of my 
plantation, for Luisa Bourgois, widow of Estevan Broyard, by document executed 
before the Commandant, who is we understand, Dn Nicolas DeVerbois dated the 
thirty-first of October of the year of one thousand seven hundred eighty-one; 
* * * on account of his share of the inheritance which might be due him at my 
death and at that of his mother.
