Sale - Edmon Capdevielle to Alexandro Ebert

A tract with all its dependencies, belonging to me, situated in said District 
on the right bank of the Mississippi river, composed of three arpents of front 
with the ordinary depth of forty, bounded above by lands of my ownership and 
below by those of Ana Clouatre, widow of Capdevielle, the same which was 
possessed and purchased of my father, Bernardo Capdevielle, by deed executed 
before the actual Commandant, Dn Franco Rivas on the twenty-second of June of 
the year of one thousand seven hundred ninety-nine.
