Sale - Anne Clouatre, widow of Bernard Capdevielle to Joseph Capdevielle, her 
son

The plantation where she resides, actually, situated at the above said County 
on the right bank of the Mississippi river, bounded above by the lands of 
Alexandre Ebert and below by those of Ferdinand Capdevielle, composed of two 
arpents and a half of front on the said river, on the ordinary depth of forty, 
the buildings, enclosures, and other things which might be found on the said 
plantation, in a word, such as it comprises and contains actually, which 
belongs to her for having been had and obtained for that which might have come 
to her and belong to her in the succession of the property of her decd. 
husband, Bernard Capdevielle, according to as it appears and is confirmed by 
the act that her children and co-heirs have consented and declared before me, 
the 7th of the present month of September; selling the said plantation under 
the express and speical condition of reserving the possession and use of same, 
during her life-time.
