Sale - Jean Louis Binjamin Cardine to Jean Laurent Pelegrin

A plantation situated in this District, on the left bank of the Mississippi 
river, adjacent above to the lands of Simon Pierre Babin and below to those of 
Mr. Jean Baptiste Leblanc, containing three arpents or thereabout of front on 
the ordinary depth of forty; the buildings, enclosures which might be found 
thereon, in a word, such as it comprises and contains, at this moment, which 
belongs to the vendor for having been purchased of Mr. Simon Joseph Dupuis, by 
act passed before me and deposited in the archives of this Commandant on the 
date of the 25th of June 1789.
