Sale - Romalda Carmana to Alexander Norie

One house and lot in Square No. six containing one quarter of an acre in said 
lot for the sum ** said house being built by said Carmana in year 1798 in the 
government ship of the Baron de Caronelet, and in the Commandant ship of Don 
Mattia Fernandes in Galvestown, sd Comdt. having given his permission, to 
built on said land, he being a soldier in his Majesty's service, the King of 
Spain.
