Sale - Augustin Carteller to Joseph Garsie

A plantation of eight arpents front on the Mississippi river without being 
bounded on one side or the other, situated on the right bank of the said 
river, opposite the Church of this District between the vacant lands of the 
Dominion, ** The vendor also promising to produce to the purchaser, the title 
of concession of the Government.
