Sale - Widow Barbe Celatre, of one part, and Louis Alexandre Reboul, of other 
part, have agreed: That Widow Celatre declares to have sold to Louis Alexandre 
Reboul, her son-in-law: A tract sitauted on the Fork of Plaquemine adjacent to 
another tract which belongs to me (Wid. Celatre) on the side of its North and 
of its Middle, at the Fork of Plaquemine, the said land of the contents of six 
hundred twenty-five arpents, and as it comprises, coming from a concession 
made under the Government of Spain, to me personally.
