Sale - Pierre Clouatre & Mrs. Magdelaine Beaudrau, his wife to Jerome Blanchard

The quantity of four arpents of land and of front on the ordinary depth of 
forty arpents, measuring from the upper part of that which they actually 
possess situated in this District on the right bank of the Mississippi river, 
adjacent above to Francois Marionneaux and below to Paul Richard.
