Sale - Juan Carlos Comau to Gorge Skofficle

Confirms sale made on Dec. 3, 1794 of: Tract belonging to me with its 
dependencies, situated in the said District on the right bank of the 
Mississippi river, composed of four arpents of front more or less, with forty 
of depth, bounded on the upper part by the lands of the widow of Pedro 
Brasseux and below by the widow of Jacobo Lanterne, the same which with four 
arpents was possessed by paternal inheritance.
