Sale - Juan Carlos Comau to Francisca Buche, widow of Jacobo Lanterne

A tract belonging to me situated in the said District on the right bank of the 
Mississippi river, composed of three arpents of front with forty of depth, 
lines parallel on both sides, bounded on the upper part by the lands of my 
property, and below by those of Jeanvier Longuepee, with the exception of 
fifty-one cypress trees which Juan Louis Bouche, is to take from the said 
land, the same possessed for having been conceded by the Commandant, who is 
of this District, Dn Nicolas DeVerbois by virtue of the order to this effect 
of the Senor Governor General Baron de Carondelet and for the levee and 
clearing which is made on the same, my land.
