Sale - Etienne Comau to Pierre Allin, his step-son

A plantation of his ownership, situated in this County on the left bank of the 
Mississippi river, bounded above by the properties of Simon Broussard and 
below by those of Joseph Richard, son of Simon Richard, composed of five 
arpents and a half of front on the ordinary depth of forty arpents, selling 
him same such as it comprises and contains actually, without any reserves, 
conditions or restrictions whatsoever; which belongs to him for having been 
had by exchange of another tract which he had made, with Simon Richard as and 
like it appears by the act which they have passed before Nicolas DeVerbois at 
one time Commandant of the District of Iberville, the 26th day of the month of 
January 1793, which is deposited in the archives of this County.
