Retrocession - 

Rene Arnaud declare that by a sale which Etienne and Pierre Comau had passed 
him, on Nov. 3, 1785 before Nicolas DeVerbois then Commandant of the District 
of Iberville, Etienne and Pierre Comau has sold to him:

A tract situated at the same place on the left bank of the Mississippi river, 
bounded above by the properties of Ygnace Babin and below by those of Simon 
Richard, composed of eleven arpents of front with the ordinary depth of forty; 
and now he retrocedes same.
