Sale - Etiene and Pierre Comau to Renee Arnau

A tract of eleven arpents of front on the ordinary depth of forty, * * the 
said land is situated on the left bank of the river on descending between Mr. 
Hignace Babin and Mr. Simon Richard and contains two concessions, which have 
been remitted by the vendor as well as the copy of the preceding sale.
