Donation - Etiene Comau to Charlle Comau & Marie Clocsine (cousins)

Three arpents of land of front, on the depth of forty, situated between Ignas 
Babin and Pierre Comau on the left bank of the river on descending, leaving 
them sole and complete proprietors, as much for the land as for the cypress 
trees to enjoy same according to their desire well understood that not one or 
the other of the above said named might sell the said land except of a common 
acord. And that the death of the above said Mr. Charlle Comau and his wife the 
above said land will return in proper as well as the buildings, enclosures and 
other works which he might have thereon , to the above said Mr. Etiene Comau.
