Thomas Croper to Joseph Mollere

A plantation of his ownership, with its dependencies and belongings, situated 
in this District of Iberville, on the right bank of the Mississippi river, 
bounded on the upper part by the property of Joseph Orillion, Jr. and below by 
those of Widow Jean Dupuis, composed of five arpents and two toises of front 
on the said river on the ordinary depth of forty arpents; the same which 
belongs to him for having been purchased of Mr. Nicolas Roche by act deposited 
in the archives of this Commandant and in my charge, which is passed before 
Mr. Francois Rivas, Commandant formerly of said place on date of 13th of month 
Feb. of the year 1802.
