Sale - Thomas Cropper to Joseph Molair

A certain tract of land situated in the District of Iberville and on the 
Mississippi river, bounded as follows (to wit) on the upper side by lands of 
Joseph Orrean and on the lower side by lands of John Dupuy consisting of five 
acres fronting the said river and depth ordinary.
