Sale - Luis D'Annequin to Honorato Daigle 

A tract belonging to me situated in this said District on the right bank of 
the Mississippi river, bounded on the upper part by lands of Juan Leblanc and 
below by those of Arcene Braud, composed of three arpents, two toises and four 
feet of front with the ordinary depth of forty, and opening at the boundaries, 
at three degrees, forty-two minutes according to the figurative plan dated the 
twenty-third day of the month of December of the year passed of one thousand 
seven hundred ninety-nine which has been purchased of Dn Juan Lorenzo Sigur, 
by deed executed the twentieth of November of the proceding year of one 
thousand seven hundred ninety-seven before Dn Lorenzo Sigur, Commandant who 
was we understand of this above said District.
