Sale - On July 3, 1806 Thomas Cropper brought a document as follows:

Felix Athanas Darden to Thomas Cropper
A certain tract of land containing two hundred acres, (to wit) In front ten 
acres and in depth twenty acres bounded on the upper side by Auguste Richard 
and on the lower side by Pierre Bro, seventy acres from the River Mississippi, 
part of the said tract of land on the other side of the Plaquemine Bayou.
