All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Crystal Devillier oneonone@cox.net December 13, 2006, 4:48 pm Written: November 2, 1799 Date: November 2, 1799 Sale - Atanacio Dardene to Pablo and Magloire Dupuis, brothers A plantation with all its dependencies, belonging to me, situated in the proper District, on the right bank of the Mississippi river, composed of four arpents of front with the ordinary depth of forty, bounded on the upper part by lands of Pedro Braud and below by the plantation of Francisco Marionnau, the same which was possessed and purchased at the auction sale of the property of Joseph Labretonnier; according to the deed of sale of the said property on the date of the nineteenth day of the month of July of the year of one thousand seven hundred ninety-nine; and of the figurative plan and title of concession of the expressed plantaion and part of the said Marionnau, which have been delivered to them; * * * And present Pablo and Magloire Dupuis, brothers with the permission of our mother, Ana Hebert, widow of the deceased Pedro Bruntau, our step-father, who is also present, and authorize us in this deed.
