Retrocession - 
Bernard D'Auterive authorized by Luis Pelerin, by special procuration dated 
August 10, 1799 To Pedro Voisin

A plantation which he had sold him b deed executed before the Commandant Dn 
Franco Rivas of this District of Iberville on the fourteenth day of the month 
of January of the said year of one thousand seven hundred ninety-nine, 
situated in the above said District, on the right bank of the Mississippi 
river, composed of five to five and a half arpents of front and eighty of 
depth, bounded on the upper part by lands of Bartolome Hamelton and below by 
those of Ana Hebert, widow of Pedro Bruntau with all its dependencies.
