Sale - Berndo D'Auterive to Joseph and Francisco Pradier

A tract belonging to me situated in the said District on the right bank of the 
Mississippi river, but above the Bayou Plaquemine, composed of six arpents of 
front with the ordinary depth bounded on the upper part by lands of Gregorio 
Melanson and below by those of Thomas Hebert, in the condition in which it was 
found, which was possessed and purchased of Juan McKaugh and Guillermo Webb, 
residents of the District of Galvestown by deed executed before the present 
Commandant, Dn Franco Rivas on the third day of the month January of the year 
passed of one thousand seven hundred ninety-nine.
