Procuration - Barnardo D'Auterive to Luis LePeltie de la Houssaye

To sell a tract belonging to me which is found situated in the proper Post, 
composed of six arpents of front on the two sides of the river named Techs, 
with forty of depth, on each one of the two sides, bounded on the upper part 
by lands of Antonio Martinez and below by those of Franco Grevenver, the same 
which was possessed for having been purchased of Dn Luis Vellon by deed 
executed before the Commandant who was we understand of the same Post, Dn 
Franco Casoy Luengo; to sell to purchaser or purchasers.
