Sale - Francois DeBertin, Jr. to Pierre Grenier

A quantity of four arpents of land of that which the said Mr. Francois 
DeBertin has just purchased today, from Mr. Amant Ebert, situated near 
Plaquemine, adjacent above to the land of Mr. Atanase Landry and below to the 
remainder of this said land, * * It is understood that the degrees of opening 
which the said eight arpents mentioned possess, will be partitioned between 
the above said Mr. Bertin, Jr. and Pierre Grenier, in equal portion.
