Berwick Declared that he cedes in full possession and with our recourse, the house which is on the part of the land which has fallen to the said Delahouassye in the partition, as well as the ten arpents of land which are found behind the nine arpents which the said Berwick had had in partition, with the exception of the cypress trees which are found to be on the said arpents which he reserves on twenty-five arpents, to reduce the degree of opening which the said land possesses, and to be partitioned by half, the boundary of which will be drawn at the request of one or of the other, for the cypress trees which are to be cut, by the said Mr. Berwick on the land of the said Mr. Delahoussaye, Mr. Berick rendering to him, the same number on his own land.
