Sale - Francois Delery to Louis Leonard

Three arpents of land on the ordinary depth of forty, taking between Mr. 
Francois Marionneau and the plantation of the purchaser, situated in this Post 
near Plaquemine, such as the said 3 arpents of land might comprise and contain 
actually, which belongs to him for having been purchased of Mr. Thomas Berwick 
by act passed and deposited in the archives of this Commandant on date of Feb. 
18, 1788; selling also half of 16 cypress tress; the other half being sold to 
Mr. Marionneau. Vendor's lien given and Surety: Francois Marionneau.
