Sale - Santiago Devilliers and Isabel Franchebois, his wife To Luis Nero

A tract belonging to me situated in the said District on the right bank of 
Mississippi river, composed of 2 arpents of front on the ordinary depth, 
bounded on the upper part by lands by Augustin Richard and below by those of 
the widow of Juan Franchebois, the same which was possessed by donation made 
by Juan Franchebois my father in law and father of my wife at the time of our 
marriage with the condition not to use the cypress trees unless necessary, 
which cypress trees belonged to Dn Juan Bta DeGruy.
