Sale - Pierre Voisin, as agent for Mrs. Dorothee de Villiers, widow of Joseph 
Pradier To Phillippe Roth

Her plantation situated in this District on the right bank of the Mississippi 
river, adjacent above to the lands of Mr. Louis Leonard and below to that of 
the said lady, widow Pradier, containing three arpents of front on the 
ordinary depth of eighty arpents, the enclosures and other things which might 
be thereto dependent, reserving proper, the remainder of the plantation 
thereto belonging before the passing of the present sale; selling also and 
arpent of cypress grove of front by twenty-five of depth, taking from the 
front on the river on the land belonging to the said Mr. Leonard, that is to 
say, the cypress trees which might be thereon; which belong to the succession 
of the said Mr. Joseph Pradier, for having been acquired of Jean Bte DeGruy by 
act passed in these archives about seven years ago.
