Sale - Pierre Voisin, agent for Mrs. Dorothee DeVilliers, widow of Joseph 
Pradier, by act dated April 22, 1793, copy of which is annexed to the sale of 
Mrs. DeVilliers, her agent, Pierre Voisin, to Phillipe Roth, October 26, said 
year; Herein Pierre Voisin, as agent to Diego Ernandez - 

A tract situated at the said place on the right bank of the Mississippi river, 
adjacent above to lands of Phillipe Roth and below to those of the said Mr. 
Voisin, containing three arpents of front on the said river on the ordinary 
depth of eighty arpents, the enclosures and other things which might thereto 
depend, in a word, such as this land might comprise and contain, which belongs 
to the Succession of the said Mr. Joseph Pradier for having been acquired 
himself of Mr. Jean Baptiste DeGruy by act passed in these archives about 
seven years ago.
