Sale - Santiago DeVilliers to Alexandro Rebul

A tract belonging to me situated in the said District on the right bank of the 
Mississippi river, bounded on the upper part by lands of Thomas Hebert and 
below by those of Joseph Chelatre composed of four arpents of front with the 
ordinary depth of forty, which belongs to me for having been purchased of Juan 
Franchebois, my brother-in-law, by deed executed before Dn Pedro Sigur, 
Provisional Commandant who is we understand of this District, on the 
fourteenth day of the month of February of the year passed, of one thousand 
seven hundred ninety-eight. And I sell the same in the same condition in which 
it is found, free of encumbrances and mortgages.
