Simon Joseph Dupuis to Maria Josefa Doucet (In Exchange) An arpent of land, squared, of superficie, on his plantation which lies and rests in this same District, bounding the Parochial Church with its entrances and outlets, uses, customs, rights and services, on the place where I have marked on the line or boundary of the upper part of his said plantation, and with the precise conditions following: said arpent of land to be delivered to me cleared, surrounded by fences for use of separation, in order to construct on it the house which is found on the said plantation.
