Sale - Mrs. Penelepa ? widow of Jacques Duga To Paul Chiasson

The objects and the work which might be found on a tract situated in the Bayou 
Sara, adjacent below to that of the person named Joseph Book and above to 
another tract of a person named Biddy Ford; which had been accorded to her by 
the Governor General of this Province; and measured by the Deputy surveyor, Dn 
Guillaume Fertam, without having any title and plan of concession and of 
survey, ceding besides, all her rights, privileges and claims which she might 
have on the ownership of this same tract.
