Donation - Teodore Duga to Francois Eczavie Boudraut and Simon Babin

A tract of twelve arpents front on the Mississippi river situated between 
Pierre Clouatre and vacant land of the Dominion on the left bank descending 
the said river, the said land having no buildings or enclosures but being 
cleared, the said Mr. Duga reserving four arpents of cypress trees, that is to 
say, the cypress trees which are on the four arpents which are adjacent to Mr. 
Pierre Clautre ** reserving besides the right of the cart road, ** obligating 
himself to deliver to them the title of concession.
