Sale - Theodor Duga to Louis Bush

A part of the cypress grove which the said Mr. Duga reserved by the sale or 
donation which he made to Messrs. Simon Babin and Exavie Boudrau, about two 
years ago, of a quantity of twelve arpents front, situated below the Point 
commonly called the Point of Comau, adjacent below to Mr. Pierre Clouetre and 
above to the vacant lands, * * the said vendor ceding all the cypress tress, * 
* to the said purchaser, which are found on the four arpents, adjacent to the 
said Mr. Clouetre on the lines which are set, that is to say, that as the 
lines narrow by the back, the above said purchaser can bound and draw the line 
which should establish the tract where the above purchaser is to take the 
cypress trees. There will be placed a stake at four arpents from that below, 
of the above said land and the line will run to the depth, narrowing with 
equal proportion, as that of the plantation.
