Sale - Lorenzo Dupre to Simon and Pablo Babin, brothers

A plantation with all its dependencies belonging to me, situated in said 
District on the left bank of the Mississippi river, bounded on the upper part 
by lands of Juan Bauta Babin and below by those of Simon Allein, composed of 
five arpents and twenty-three toises of front with the ordinary depth of 
forty, according to its figurative plan and title of concession, which was 
delivered to them, the same which was possessed and purchased at he public 
sale of the property of the succession of the decd. Juan Bauta Ebert, and 
Maria Macdalena Dupuis.
