Vital Rivet to Juan Dupuis: (In Exchange) Plantation belonging to him, which was delivered to me, situated in this referred District, on the same bank of the said river, composed of four arpents of front on eighty of depth, bounded above by the plantation of Miguel Lambremon and below by that of Jose Maria Landry, with its dependencies, which he had purchased of Antonio Plaide by document executed before the Commandant who was Dn Lorenzo Sigur, dated the ninth of October of one thousand seven hundred ninety-seven, with the exception of twenty cypress trees which he reserves.
