Sale - Juan Dupuis to Juan Luis Buche

A tract belonging to me situated in the said District on the right bank of the 
Mississippi river, bounded on the upper part by the plantation of Miguel 
Lambremont and below by that of Josef Maria Landry, composed of four arpents 
of front on eighty of depth, the same was possessed and purchased on condition 
of exchange of Bital Rivet by deed executed before the actual Commandant, Dn 
Francisco Rivas on the eighth day of the month of January of the current year 
of one thousand seven hundred ninety-nine.
