Sale - Juan Bautista and Simon Joseph Dupuis to Donato and Narciso Ebert

A tract with all its dependencies belonging to us, situated in said District 
on the left bank of the Mississippi river, composed of four arpents, more or 
less, of front with the ordinary depth of forty, bounded on the upper part by 
lands of Dn Bartholome Duverge and below by those of our ownership, of ten 
arpents which we purchased of Pablo Chiason by deed executed on the nineteenth 
of September of one thousand seven hundred eighty-six by Dn Nicolas DeVerbois, 
Commandant who was we understand.
