Dupuis, and below by those of Dn Franco Rivas, composed of four arpents of front with forty of depth, running its lines of depth, that of the upper part parallel and that of the part below, according to and in conformity with the figurative plan, which is in hands of my said father, being this owner and possessor of the remainder of the land which contains said plan and title of concession, the same which was acquired and purchased of my above said father, Juan Bauta. Dupuis by deed executed before the present Commandant, Dn Franco Rivas, on the twelfth of August of the year one thousand seven hundred ninety-nine; also selling the cypress trees necessary in order to make three thousand posts, and six cypress trees besides in order to make wood for construction, with the power to take the cypress trees belonging to me, which my referred father had given to me, situated in this same District on the right bank of the river at one league, but little above the Church.
