Sale - Jean Baptiste Dupuis to Pierre Hebert

A plantation situated in this County on the right bank of the Mississippi 
river, bounded below by the properties of Jean Atanase Landry and above by 
those of Ygnace Hebert, composed of eight arpents one toise one foot of land 
of front on the said river on the ordinary depth of forty with parallel lines, 
which belongs to him for having been obtained by concession of the Government 
of S.M.C. according to the figurative plan and titles which he had obtained 
the 11th day of month July 1774, which he had remitted at the time, to the 
purchaser.
