Sale - Simon Joseph Dupuy and his wife, To Diego Ernandez

A tract situated in this District on the right bank of the Mississippi river, 
on descending, between the lands belonging actually to Mr. Pierre Ebert 
containing six arpents of front on the said river, parallel lines, on the 
ordinary depth of forty arpents, according to the title of concession which 
had been made in favor of Jean Thanase Landry on the date of the twenty-first 
of the month of January of the year one thousand seven hundred seventy-two, 
which belongs to him for having been purchased from the said Jean Thanase 
Landry by private signature dated July 24, 1773.
