Sale - Simon Joseph Dupuy to Jean Louis Benjamin Cardine and Simon Babin

A plantation containing six arpents or thereabout of front on the Mississippi 
river, on forty arpents of depth, according to the plan of concession, the 
buildings, enclosures and all that which is thereon, situated on the left bank 
of the said river, adjacent above to Mr. Dugat and below to Mr. Baptiste 
LeBlanc, which belongs to his for having been purchased at the auction sale 
which was made by the Commandant (temporary) of this District, Mr. Belly, of 
the property of the late Pierre Comau on the date of the tenth of January of 
this year.
